Job Summary: A professional responsible for deburring, preparing, and adjusting materials for assembly and welding, performing finishing work and repairs by welding, and moving materials. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with finishing metal structures and industrial equipment. 2. Manual dexterity for handling electrical and pneumatic equipment. 3. Performing repairs using FCAW and GMAW welding. **Main Responsibilities:** * Deburr and prepare materials for preparation, assembly and/or welding, as well as prepare joints prior to welding according to instructions, using appropriate tools; * Select appropriate tools and materials based on the type of finish and position; * Demonstrate manual dexterity for handling electrical and pneumatic equipment used for deburring, adjustment, and general finishing; * Adjust rigid shims and bases; * Adjust joints and bevel parts for assembly and welding; * Perform P2 and P3 finishing; * Demonstrate visual acuity to ensure compliance with finishing requirements; * Conduct self-inspection; * Position accessories and mark reference lines and points for material adjustment; * Verify dimensions, parallelism, and inclination using tape measures, spirit levels, and scales; * Adjust parts and joints to avoid notches and thickness reduction beyond allowable standards; * Perform minor repairs using FCAW and GMAW welding; * Move materials within the area using overhead cranes and consoles (when certified), hoists, carts, etc. **Desirable:** * Experience with **finishing metal structures and industrial equipment;** * Availability to work rotating shifts;
