Job Summary: Provide customer service while coordinating ground transportation according to contractual guidelines, ensuring safety and excellence in the customer experience. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring excellence in the customer experience Serve customers by planning and organizing ground transportation in accordance with established contractual and operational guidelines. Register and monitor incoming requests, provide appropriate clarifications, and route them to responsible departments when necessary.
