Job Description \-You will be responsible for supervising, monitoring, and guiding warehouse activities, managing human and material resources—including receipt, inspection, invoicing, storage, distribution, and replenishment of materials, supplies, and fuels—ensuring all activities comply with safety, quality, timeliness, and cost standards. **Key responsibilities include:** * Ensuring timely and effective fulfillment of internal customer requests and orders, meeting required deadlines and quality standards, and providing feedback to requesting departments; * Guiding company personnel (both direct employees and third-party contractors) on procedures and timelines for fulfilling requisitions (for materials, supplies, and fuels), selecting items according to product description, type, quantity, and other specifications, aiming to prevent delays in release and consequent prolonged operational/production stoppages; * Monitoring routine processes including receipt, inspection, invoicing, storage, distribution, and replenishment of materials, supplies, and fuels to ensure service quality; * Supervising receipt and system entry of invoices in accordance with Anglo American’s legal and internal procedures, verifying accounting destination and ICMS and IPI tax rules to ensure compliance with legal requirements; * Inspecting warehouse stock storage to verify proper packaging and/or stacking, preventing losses and/or damage (e.g., due to incorrect positioning, moisture, or dust); * Supervising inventory planning for materials, supplies, and fuels to ensure availability for Operations and Maintenance departments; * Preparing addendum requests and participating in drafting documents related to budgetary adjustments; * Identifying opportunities to upgrade and modernize warehouse equipment and facilities to enhance operational and production performance; * Participating in the management, control, and physical and financial execution of contracts under warehouse responsibility; * Monitoring and tracking internal approvals and addendum requests for contracts covering materials, supplies, and fuels. **Qualifications \-Ideal candidate profile for this position:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Engineering, Administration, or related fields * Knowledge of warehouse management * Knowledge of inventory management * Experience in logistics * Understanding of tax and fiscal regulations * Proficiency in SAP and WMS * Advanced Microsoft Office suite * Intermediate English proficiency **Additional Information \-Why join our team?** We are a company committed to turning our beliefs and values into reality.
