Job Description \-You will be responsible for sustaining the Anglo American Operating Model and implementing the Minas Rio Integrated Operations Center, as well as overseeing production planning and control (PPC), integrating various technical areas and disciplines from mine to port across LoW4 to LoW1 levels. You will also be responsible for supporting Continuous Improvement programs focused on increasing stability, reducing variability, and enhancing processes. **Key responsibilities include:** * Implement and cascade strategic objectives from the Operations Directorate across all areas and processes. * Strengthen integrated vision and alignment. * Disseminate the integrated routine management model aligned with the operational model and OMS. * Promote stability and predictability in operational and administrative results. * Develop and disseminate programs, methodologies, and tools for operational excellence management. * Foster a high-performance culture focused on quality, cost, sustainable mine planning, and safety. * Implement and maintain ISO standards for quality, environment, health, and safety. * Ensure adherence to production plans regarding quality, volume, and cost. * Develop monthly and weekly production plans aligned with the annual schedule and budget. * Support the Operations Directorate with performance analysis and simulations. **Qualifications \-The ideal candidate for this role will have:** * Completed degree in Mining, Metallurgical, or Production Engineering * Active CREA registration / ART issued for position and responsibilities * Advanced level English proficiency **Additional Information \-Why join our team?** We are committed to making our beliefs and values a reality.
