Join our team! **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Study and facilitate theoretical professional training according to the contents of Rede Cidadã’s Professional Apprenticeship Program; * Provide pedagogical, cultural, social, and recreational support to young project participants; * Monitor apprentices' attendance at Training Sessions; * Address improvements indicated in Performance Evaluations conducted by Corporate Educators during Training Sessions; * Conduct Pre-termination and Preparatory Interviews with youth when required; * Participate in weekly team meetings focused on improving Apprenticeship processes; * Participate in the planning and execution of graduation ceremonies; * Request specific follow-up actions from tutors regarding youth; * Report infrastructure demands and youth-related issues to immediate management; * Keep youth Portfolio folders updated; * Propose and seek complementary pedagogical activities related to topics covered in Training Sessions; * Maintain accuracy of documentation and information relevant to the development of Training Sessions; * Organize guest lectures and testimonials from invited professionals, providing examples and content about work and life for youth; * Organize cultural and educational visits to museums, companies, and various institutions that promote professional learning; * Participate in the organization, mobilization, and presence at institutional events, especially apprentices' graduation ceremonies; * Acquire mastery of the competencies outlined in the apprenticeship program to be developed with youth; * Escalate identified problems whenever necessary; * Conduct prospecting for new project vacancies. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Languages, Pedagogy, or Psychology; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Mandatory: Classroom teaching experience / youth training in classroom settings. * Availability to work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM Employment type: Part-time, Permanent/CLT Salary: BRL 2,000.00 - BRL 2,102.00 per month
