Job Description \-You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, reliability, and availability of critical structures (thickeners, belt conveyors, pipe racks, silos, chutes, industrial buildings, and auxiliary structures) in severe and highly complex environments. We seek a multidisciplinary profile combining expertise in advanced structural analysis, inspection management, maintenance experience, team leadership, and strong practical field experience in structural risk assessment. **Key responsibilities include:** * Performing advanced structural calculations and finite element analysis (FEA) simulations to assess service life, criticality, and failure modes of steel and concrete structures. * Identifying and analyzing risks associated with corrosion, fatigue, abrasion, overloads, and operational changes. * Defining structural inspection plans based on criticality, technical standards, and risk assessment. * Interpreting inspection reports, correlating field findings with engineering analyses. * Translating inspection results into technical recommendations and maintenance action plans. * Developing and validating reinforcement, replacement, or revitalization projects for critical in-service structures. * Preparing technical specifications, calculation memoranda, and guidelines for integrity-related construction works. * Overseeing field execution, ensuring quality, safety, and technical compliance. * Assessing probability and consequences of structural failures to support intervention prioritization. * Conducting risk analyses to inform corrective, preventive, and structural reinforcement maintenance decisions. **Qualifications \-The profile we seek for this position:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil) * Active CREA registration / ART issuance for position and function * Postgraduate degree in project management and/or master’s degree (Desirable) * Specialization in Structural Integrity (Desirable) **Additional Information \-Why join our team?** We are a company committed to turning our beliefs and values into reality.
