We value diversity and inclusion and encourage applications from **people with disabilities (PwD)** for this and all our open positions. **Your main tasks and responsibilities include:** * Preparing materials and accessories on equipment or machinery according to production requirements, adjusting parameters or designs per work instructions and product specifications. * Requesting tools and materials from the warehouse and informing supervision of new requirements. * Performing equipment and machinery setups, withdrawing raw materials and finished products according to work instructions. * Interpreting basic drawings and specifications for operation. * Operating equipment, machines, or groups of machines per work instructions and operational procedures, ensuring efficient material utilization to optimize costs. * Performing productive maintenance, cleaning, and equipment care per operational procedures. * Supporting tuners and maintenance personnel during article change setups, whenever necessary. * Conducting patrols on machines or groups of machines, checking for anomalies, safety hazards, fire risks, and ensuring quality and delivery. * Responding to machine stoppages by identifying and correcting process anomalies, as well as product quality issues. * Operating transportation equipment and mechanisms to move various materials, always following received instructions, procedures, safety regulations, and completing the pre-use checklist for the relevant equipment. * Recording stoppages, production output, and production orders on forms, spreadsheets, ERP systems, and shift reports. * Issuing maintenance service orders whenever machine or equipment problems arise. * Inspecting products, identifying defects, measuring, and storing them appropriately per work instructions. * Reporting anomalies to your supervisor immediately upon discovery. * Understanding Quality Management System procedures, instructions, and standards, and applying them daily. * Complying with company-established safety regulations. **Who We Are** At Valmet, the best talents from diverse backgrounds come together.
