Drives vehicles transporting heavy loads and also operates the Munck during assembly processes, following supervisor instructions or established standards; surfaces—whether for smoothing or spreading asphalt within defined standards—controlling volume, homogeneity, supply, temperature, and other variables relevant to material application; pavement leveling, controlling water levels to ensure proper soil moistening and weight force on soils; pavement compaction, controlling water levels to ensure proper soil moistening and weight force to carry out site cleaning, organization, drilling, and/or preparation; transportation or handling of soil, stones, sand, or similar materials; compaction, scarification, or paving under one’s responsibility;; Operates motorized or non-motorized pavement-laying machines, dosing the application of paving material onto surfaces; Operates roller or cylinder compactors correctly to compact soils, compress pavements, and control water levels to ensure proper soil moistening and weight force; Operates sheepfoot roller/rammer-type compactors correctly to compact soils; Operates motorized or non-motorized excavators, controlling cutting, lifting, and soil scarification commands; Operates tractors or similarly sized vehicles to tow other machinery, performing maneuvers and driving; Operates wheeled and/or tracked machinery, appropriately operating hydraulic shovel controls for removal,; Performs minor machine maintenance tasks such as refueling, lubrication, and cleaning of parts and components, among others; Completes work logs or informs supervisors about already-completed work areas—for leveling, cleaning,; Informs supervisors about the need for preventive or corrective maintenance on used equipment and machinery, **Requirements and Qualifications** VOCATIONAL EDUCATION (SENAI OR SIMILAR) The **Allonda Group**’s purpose is to **transform the world through sustainability**! **Here, we impact lives!** Our solutions—beyond being sustainable—are planned and executed with a focus on generating shared value for people, clients, and society.
