Occupational Safety Technician

Job Summary: Occupational safety technician to support inspections, investigate accidents, guide employees, prepare documentation, and organize safety training. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of technical documents and organization of training sessions **Responsibilities:** * Support inspections of company premises, facilities, and equipment, identifying risk conditions. * Assist in workplace accident investigations and propose preventive measures. * Guide employees on proper use of PPE and compliance with safety regulations. * Support preparation and updating of technical and legal documents and programs, such as the Risk Management Program (PGR), Occupational Health Monitoring Program (PCMSO), and Technical Report on Working Conditions (LTCAT) (where applicable). * Assist in organizing and conducting safety training sessions and campaigns. * Control and distribute Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Support compliance with occupational safety legal requirements. * Prepare simple reports on incidents and inspections. * Record incident reports and documentation in the appropriate system according to procedure. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety, registered with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Experience preparing occupational safety legal documentation; * Solid knowledge of supporting compliance audits and action plans; * Knowledge of accident investigation and analysis processes; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Familiarity with SOC systems; * Knowledge of regulatory standards; * Must reside with easy access to the job location, as no accommodation is provided. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that enhance employee well-being and satisfaction.
