Job Description \-As a Mid-Level Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for creating maintenance strategies aimed at maximizing physical availability and operational efficiency of mine equipment, evaluating maintenance management indicators, seeking greater reliability, ensuring production targets and operational costs. **Below are the main responsibilities:** * Technically analyze the reliability of mine equipment (830E Trucks, PC5500, PC4000, PC600 and PC800 Excavators, D375, D475, D61 Track-type Tractors, Drills, among others). * Monitor equipment lifespan through data control, analyzing results obtained, loss profiles, critical and frequent failures, as well as identify adherence to planning (LCC), aiming to propose corrective actions. * Develop FMEA and RCM for equipment to assess failures and how they occur, as well as their criticality, aiming to define specific procedures, resources, and interventions for each machine. * Apply reliability methodologies and tools (Weibull / Markov) to analyze failure modes of equipment and systems, and to predict the occurrence of events in production. * Analyze production, budget, and equipment efficiency using the Monte Carlo methodology, aiming to evaluate possible outcomes, assess risks in decision-making, and determine the probability of achieving results according to defined actions. * Develop reliability projects aimed at improving performance across areas and processes, enabling increased equipment reliability. * Conduct equipment failure analysis, either upon request from operational areas (reactive) or initiated by engineering (proactive), to eliminate recurring failures and increase equipment physical availability. * Comply with policies and procedures related to Occupational Health and Safety, Environment, Social Responsibility, and Business Integrity. **Qualifications \-The ideal candidate for this position has the following qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. * Active CREA registration / ART issuance for job role and function. * Brazilian driver's license (CNH B). * Theoretical and practical knowledge of maintenance management and Reliability Engineering, such as RAM, RDB, RCM, and LCC analysis. **Additional Information \-Why join our team?** We are a company committed to making our beliefs and values a reality.
