




Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in service areas, kitchen utensils and equipment, dining areas, and receiving areas. Key Highlights: 1. Managing and organizing inventory. **Hotel is hiring for:** Steward – (Kitchen Cleaning Assistant); Responsibilities: Responsible for keeping all service areas—including kitchens, receiving areas, cold rooms, and waste rooms—clean and organized, as well as kitchen utensils, dining area items, and equipment in these areas; Performing thorough cleaning of all service areas, such as kitchens, receiving areas, cold rooms, and waste rooms; Cleaning dining and kitchen utensils; Removing all waste and sorting it for recycling; Assisting the head chef or sous-chef by reporting broken utensils and equipment to support cost control, and recording such incidents on the designated spreadsheet; Ensuring inventory is always secure and properly arranged; And any other responsibilities or tasks assigned by supervisors. Mandatory Requirement: Incomplete elementary education.
