We aim to meet each project according to its specific characteristics, providing the best alternatives to increase productivity and improve client outcomes. **Responsibility:** Ensure the proper execution of scaffolding assembly, disassembly, and maintenance activities in accordance with technical standards, safety regulations, and Top Andaimes guidelines, guaranteeing productivity, quality, and organization at the worksite. **Main Activities:** * Coordinate and supervise daily scaffolding teams, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines are met. * Monitor production progress, ensuring scaffolding work is performed according to technical and safety standards. * Conduct material, equipment, and workplace condition checklists prior to starting activities. * Ensure correct use of PPE and compliance with safety regulations. * Guide the team on proper assembly techniques and best operational practices. * Support the Supervisor in resolving technical and operational issues on site. * Maintain worksite organization and ensure proper care and preservation of materials. * Monitor measurements, productivity, and record daily incidents. * Interact with the client when necessary, ensuring good communication and alignment of requirements. * Provide daily reports to supervision on activity progress, needs, and any deviations. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed High School.
