We offer services ranging from website development to SEO strategies and social media management. **Responsibilities:** Support the director in administrative tasks. Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and business trips. Draft, review, and organize documents. Handle telephone and email correspondence, including in English. Serve as an interface between the executive board, internal departments, and external partners. Ensure confidentiality of strategic information. Previous experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Director Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. Bachelor's degree in progress. Relevant experience required. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: BRL 2,500.00 * Birthday Day Off Meal/Voucher Allowance: BRL 300.00.
