Job Description \-You will be responsible for coordinating, planning, controlling, and monitoring Corporate Security activities and team, aiming to ensure employee physical integrity, asset protection across operations, and optimal use of technology and corporate intelligence. **Key responsibilities include:** * Responsible for managing internal staff, third parties, and Corporate Security contracts. * Ensure compliance with Anglo American Brazil’s Corporate Security standards through coordination, guidance, and supervision of internal and third-party teams regarding property inspection, guarding, and employee physical integrity preservation. * Responsible for Corporate Security across operational sites, along the slurry pipeline and port facilities in Minas Gerais and Rio de Janeiro, pipeline easements, access gates and controls, corporate offices in Belo Horizonte and Goiânia, environmental compensation properties, other company-owned properties, and all company assets in Brazil. * Ensure control of entry and exit of people, vehicles, materials, and equipment to prevent intrusions and losses, through identification and/or special permissions and gatehouse operations, by establishing and enforcing Corporate Security procedures, standards, and regulations. * Act as guardian for maintaining order and enforcing Corporate Security policies and regulations, conducting assessments of incidents or actions harmful to the Company's interests. * Develop necessary operational procedures for Corporate Security activities, aiming for continuous improvement and optimal cost-benefit ratio for the Company. * Interface with other internal departments and Public Security Agencies (Civil Police, Federal Police, Fire Department, Forest Police, Municipal Authorities, and others), ensuring strong relationships and compliance with legal requirements through regular contact, visits, and meetings. * Conduct investigations in support of control areas to protect company assets and employees, responding to reports of thefts or other crimes, ensuring compliance with the Code of Conduct and corporate integrity policies. * Perform intelligence activities to mitigate impacts that could negatively affect the Company’s business continuity plans. * Manage the coordination budget, supervise contracts, conduct validation of measurements, and recommend necessary decisions to contractors. * Responsible for managing and monitoring alarms and CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) systems across all Anglo American BUs in Brazil. * Experience managing projects for implementing innovations in the area. * Responsible for planning and executing personal protection for company executives and VIPs. * Ensure resolution of all inquiries submitted through the "Contact Us" channel, monitoring response issuance and investigation. * Safeguard individuals’ physical and mental well-being. **Qualifications \-The ideal candidate profile includes:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Private Security Management. * Qualifications and certifications related to private, corporate, and asset security. * Driver's License – Category B * AR 105 (Army – Controlled Products / Explosives) * Postgraduate degree in related fields (Desirable) * Advanced English (Desirable) * Intermediate Office Suite skills (Desirable) **Additional Information \-Why join our team?** We are committed to making our beliefs and values a reality.
