Job Summary: The Relationship / Implementation Assistant supports the onboarding of new clients, serving as the initial point of contact and assisting in executing implementation steps. Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve challenges The Relationship / Implementation Assistant is responsible for supporting the new client onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience from the beginning of the partnership. This role serves as the initial point of contact, assisting in organizing, monitoring, and executing implementation steps for products or services. **Key Responsibilities:** Assist in the new client implementation process, ensuring adherence to deadlines; Contact clients to collect information and align expectations; Support initial configuration of systems, platforms, or services; Monitor implementation progress and update status in internal systems; Record interactions and maintain an organized customer service history; Collaborate with internal teams; Identify potential client difficulties and escalate for resolution; Ensure clear and efficient communication throughout the entire process. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (higher education in progress is desirable); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office or similar); * Customer service aptitude; * Proactivity and ability to work collaboratively. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in customer service or implementation **Behavioral Competencies:** * Empathy and customer focus; * Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
