Job Description* Learn and apply best practices for using mine planning software and methodologies. * Assist the team in preparing technical materials for demonstrations, proofs of concept, and client presentations. * Support logging service requests in the CRM system and track resolution with consultants. * Help provide email, phone, or in-person support, always under supervision. * Assist in organizing and preparing materials for internal and external training sessions. * Support other teams in activities such as creating demonstration databases and testing software or hardware components. * Perform other tasks compatible with the intern role, as directed by manager(s). Requirements:* Currently pursuing a degree in Mining Engineering. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
