Since our founding 20 years ago, we have prioritized delivering high-quality services at fair prices, ensuring the well-being of our beloved pets and their guardians. Today, we proudly operate a network of eight stores and an efficient distribution center. To better serve our customers, we offer multiple service channels, including physical stores, e-commerce, telesales, and WhatsApp support. Additionally, we partner with renowned platforms such as Rappi, Mercado Livre, Shopee, and Magazine Luiza, among others. Furthermore, we maintain a specialized pet grooming salon, veterinary services, and a pet hotel. **We are looking for a Logistics Assistant**, whose responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, storing goods, and picking orders for shipment. This professional will manage product inflow and outflow control, organize inventory, conduct periodic stock counts, assist with documentation, and seek process improvements. Requirements include completion of high school, basic computer literacy, familiarity with inventory management systems, and strong organizational and teamwork skills. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** **Your typical day will include:** * Receiving, inspecting, and storing goods. * Picking and preparing orders for shipment. * Managing product inflow and outflow in the management system. * Assisting in organizing and cleaning the warehouse area. * Conducting periodic inventory counts for stock control. * Operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts (if certified). * Collaborating with the team to ensure timely delivery. * Supporting documentation tasks, such as invoices and shipping reports. * Participating in identifying logistics process improvements. **Requirements:** * High school diploma. * Prior experience in logistics (desirable). * Basic computer knowledge. * Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Flexibility to work non-standard hours. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Currently pursuing studies in logistics or related fields. * Forklift operator certification. **SOFT SKILLS:** * Teamwork. * Emotional and social intelligence. * Productivity. * Autonomy. * Collaboration. * Commitment. * Agility. * Ability to handle unexpected situations. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 11:48 AM to 8:00 PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Weekdays and weekends. * Availability to work on alternate Sundays is required. **SALARY:** * R$1\.908,00 **BENEFITS:** * Medical assistance; * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher (VT); * Life insurance; * Performance-based incentives. ***If you are a dedicated, enthusiastic professional eager to embrace challenges and committed to expanding your career opportunities with excellence, don’t hesitate to join our team!
