Job Summary: IT Analyst to provide support, maintenance, and enhancement of the Protheus ERP at a global technology company, focusing on system optimization and user support. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to propose systemic improvements and work on critical modules Brazilian company with global operations, specializing in developing advanced technological solutions for X-ray inspection and security scanners, seeks an IT Analyst to join its Technology team. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Support, maintain, and enhance the Protheus ERP, ensuring system stability and efficiency; * Respond to user tickets, investigating and resolving issues with root-cause focus; * Conduct process analysis and mapping with business areas, proposing systemic improvements; * Implement and configure new ERP modules according to company requirements; * Directly work on critical modules, especially PCP, Finance, and Poliponto; * Perform system installation, configuration, and updates; * Develop and maintain ERP customizations when required; * Execute database queries and analyses to support operations and decision-making; * Provide technical support to users (on-site and remote), guiding proper system usage; * Maintain up-to-date technical and functional documentation; * Ensure system availability and reliable operation in production environments; * Follow priorities and directions defined by technical leadership. ### **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Experience with modules such as PCP, Finance, Procurement, Billing, Accounting, and Poliponto is preferred; * Proficiency in SQL Server for data querying and analysis; * Experience in user support and incident resolution; * Knowledge of ADVPL for customizations (preferred); * Experience in ERP module implementation and configuration; * Intermediate English proficiency (preferred). ### **Behavioral Profile** * Analytical mindset with strong investigative and problem-solving skills; * Proactive approach to identifying system improvements and optimizations; * Strong communication skills for direct interaction with users and business areas; * Organized approach to managing requests and maintaining technical documentation; * Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively; * Collaborative attitude for interaction with leadership and technical teams; * Flexibility to operate in a dynamic environment balancing support and project work.
