Here, we value and encourage individuality in a healthy, collaborative work environment. **All our positions are inclusive and open to professionals with disabilities (PCDs).** Would you like to join us? **Come be Orguel!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **As a PCM Analyst, your responsibilities will include:** * Planning and scheduling preventive and corrective elevator maintenance in the field, ensuring compliance with contractual deadlines. * Developing and controlling the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Plan (PCM), ensuring equipment availability and reliability. * Analyzing service orders, prioritizing responses based on criticality, SLA, and operational impact. * Scheduling and optimizing technical service routes to improve logistical efficiency and reduce travel time. * Monitoring maintenance execution alongside field teams, ensuring quality and technical compliance. * Tracking performance indicators (KPIs), such as availability, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance backlog. * Conducting analysis of recurring failures and proposing corrective actions and continuous improvements. * Ensuring availability of spare parts, tools, and resources required for external activities.
