Job Summary: Work as an Auditor in a major Construction and Engineering company, contributing to the robustness of internal controls and the sustainability of business operations. Key Highlights: 1. Work as an Auditor at one of the leading companies in Construction and Engineering, directly contributing to the robustness of internal controls and the sustainability of the business operations of CONSTRUTORA ÁPIA S/A. You will be a key player in risk identification, process improvement, and compliance assurance, supporting senior management in strategic decisions within a large, continuously evolving company. * Plan, execute, and document internal audits according to the annual audit plan. * Evaluate internal controls, operational, financial, compliance, and IT processes. * Identify risks, vulnerabilities, process failures, and improvement opportunities. * Prepare formal audit reports including audit findings, recommendations, and action plans. * Monitor implementation of corrective actions with responsible departments (follow-up). * Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and best practices (IIA, COSO, IBGC, ISO, etc.). * Act ethically, independently, and impartially. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Proven experience in internal or external auditing. * Knowledge of internal control frameworks (COSO, COBIT, ISO 31000\). * Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and excellent written communication. * Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with analysis tools (e.g., ACL, IDEA, Power BI, etc.) is considered a plus. * Ability to conduct interviews and control testing. * Availability for on-site work. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certifications such as CIA, CCSA, CFE, or similar. * Experience in process auditing, corporate risk auditing, and governance. * Experience in regulated environments or large enterprises.
