Job Summary: We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead and guide the cleaning team, coordinate tasks, train staff, manage inventory, and supervise cleaning activities. Key Highlights: 1. Manage personnel and internal/external cleaning activities Our property management and maintenance company is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and be responsible for leading and guiding the cleaning team. Key responsibilities include: * Coordinate cleaning, pantry, and maintenance teams; * Train new employees; * Organize task scheduling and work shifts; * Record employee days off and absences; * Conduct daily inspections to supervise activities performed across departments; * Supervise distribution of cleaning materials and supplies to departments; * Monitor cleaning supply inventory; * Dilute cleaning products according to technical dilution specifications; * Supervise terminal cleaning by completing efficacy check\-lists; * Guide staff in performing tasks and evaluate performance; * Support the team in cleaning internal and external areas of the company; * Manage personnel in accordance with the company's Human Resources policies. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour break); Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM * Availability to work Monday to Friday schedule. Easy access to Camargos neighborhood / BH required.
