No “laziness or fear” of making calls and assisting customers. * Strong communication skills. * Appreciation for end-to-end processes. * Curiosity to seek information and deepen understanding of topics and tasks. * Focus on delivery and results. * Takes notes and asks questions. * Precise and attentive. * Enjoys listening and helping others. * Dynamic and fast-paced. * Prioritizes problem resolution before refining the solution. * Handles unforeseen situations well. * Formal education is not critical, but hands-on experience is essential. **YOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU:** * Have knowledge of conventional telephony and SIP. * Possess solid Python knowledge. * Have experience with VICIdial. * Have experience with Asterisk. * Are fluent in English. * Are not boring! * Want to conquer the world! * Know how to brew coffee — because we love it! * Hold certifications. * Have n8n knowledge. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Providing intermediate-level support to internal and external customers; * Supporting users regarding network assets such as switches and access points; * Configuring IP extensions, maintaining PABX and IVR environments; * Handling tasks/demands escalated from the junior-level team; * Deploying systems, services, and servers; * Writing automation scripts for the IT infrastructure environment; * Holding meetings with customers whenever necessary to clarify requirements; * Configuring and maintaining local network equipment, including installation and configuration of computers and network assets; * Monitoring servers and other network assets; * Managing monitoring rules via Zabbix and Grafana; * Performing preventive and/or corrective maintenance on servers and other network assets as needed; * Providing support and maintenance for telecom environments, whether hardware- or software-based; * Supporting the development team whenever required; * Updating documentation; * Participating in the creative process of new projects; * Researching new tools and/or services available in the market for application in new projects.
