Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute and monitor backup routines by overseeing backup servers and executing test plans, ensuring availability of data restoration points for lost or altered data. * Support third-party technical teams performing infrastructure services and equipment installation, configuration, and maintenance in Data Center environments, via Service Desk requests and Infrastructure Leader’s directives, assisting the vendor in fulfilling contracted tasks. * Handle support incidents and service requests by addressing Level 2 Service Desk tickets, resolving failures, guiding proper use of technology resources, and prioritizing service quality. * Monitor internal and external events, either on-site or remotely, ensuring necessary computer, internet, and network infrastructure for the event. * Maintain and support network infrastructure, Data Centers, telephony, and other technology equipment through routine maintenance, monitoring system alerts, and internal request handling, ensuring availability and mitigating business impact or loss risks. * Support infrastructure project execution, applying expertise and skill level per Infrastructure Leader’s directives, delivering projects according to the proposed plan. **Work model for this position:** * CLT employment, hybrid (2 days per week in the office). * Workload: 44 hours/week, Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Academic Background:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology (or related fields). * Office 365 tools; * Backup routines and tools; * Basic server installation and configuration; * Basic computer networking and telephony systems; * Basic information security concepts; * Basic ITIL concepts. **Additional Information** Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Meal and food allowance on the same card Breakfast or afternoon snack at physical locations Transportation allowance Total Pass and Wellhub (access to gyms and wellness services) Birthday day off Corporate University Pregnancy support program Psychological, legal, financial, and social counseling program Wedding gift Duo Gourmet Bernoulli Benefits Club: access to a partner network offering discounts on undergraduate and graduate courses, electricity bills, language courses, and much more—for you and your family Mothers working under hybrid arrangements are fully remote from the 6th month of pregnancy until the child’s first birthday Fathers working under hybrid arrangements are fully remote from the child’s birth until age 6 months Data protection changes everything During the candidate selection process for our open positions, we will use the personal data you register on the Gupy platform.
