Job Summary: GEOTHRA is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead operational teams in the field, supervise drilling activities, and ensure compliance and safety across operations. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring compliance and safety on construction sites **GEOTHRA** – Geology \& Geotechnics is seeking a Construction Supervisor to join our technical team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise drilling operations and related equipment; * Lead and guide operational teams in the field, ensuring performance, safety, and quality; * Coordinate assembly, maintenance, and operation activities of drills and peripheral equipment; * Ensure availability of required material and operational resources at work fronts; * Verify technical and operational constraints, ensuring compliance and continuity of operations; * Guarantee adherence to technical standards, safety regulations, and established deadlines. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in drilling and geotechnics; * Technical education in Mining, Geotechnics, or related fields (preferred); * Brazilian driver's license category B; * Residence in Belo Horizonte and/or nearby region; * Availability for travel and accommodation stays (when necessary). **Desired Competencies:** * Leadership and team management; * Operational organization and planning; * Ability to make decisions in the field; * Knowledge of safety standards and operational best practices; * Proactivity and commitment to results.
