




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for controlling fiscal documentation and waybills, as well as driving light vehicles to transport employees and conduct vehicle safety inspections. Vehicle maintenance and inspection Collect invoices, waybills, CTRC, and other information from fiscal documents; Verify with the Fiscal Unit which trucks are authorized to enter; Receive the fiscal unit passport and confirm whether invoices are listed in the passport; Record in the passport: time of document collection from the driver, followed by entry time for unloading, and exit time from the mine; Perform employee transportation by driving light vehicles across operational units and external routes, serving both administrative and operational areas; Assess cargo safety in vehicles; Execute procedures to ensure passenger safety and comfort; Perform scouting duties; Identify mechanical issues in vehicles; Maintain vehicle preservation, inspections, and maintenance; Check fuel level; Identify vehicle damages; Verify mandatory vehicle equipment; Complete control reports.
