Assists masons, carpenters, and heavy equipment operators A construction helper, also known as a construction laborer, performs simple manual tasks to assist in civil construction. * Loading, unloading, and transporting materials * Preparing construction sites * Cleaning work areas * Excavating trenches and pits * Cutting grooves in floors and walls * Mixing cement, sand, water, gravel, and other materials * Preparing and transporting tools, equipment, or any components * Maintaining cleanliness and order at work sites * Assisting masons, carpenters, and heavy equipment operators * Performing minor equipment maintenance Skills: Dynamism, Team spirit, Communication skills, Initiative, Attention. Requirements: Literacy, Willingness and energy to work, Ability to work in a team, Strong communication skills, Initiative to act independently in certain situations.
