You could be one of them!** Job Description \-As an Industrial Planning and Scheduling Technician III, you will be responsible for macro-planning maintenance services—including mechanical maintenance, lubrication, and boiler-making—for industrial production equipment, aiming to maintain equipment in required operational conditions and ensuring detailed planning with all necessary resources for executing planned tasks. You will also generate management reports focused on PCM indicators related to reliability and availability of equipment at the mineral processing plant, in addition to possessing and performing activities from Band II. **Key responsibilities include:** * Preparing the monthly Shutdown Plan in advance. * Delivering 80% of the scope for quarterly and monthly shutdowns. * Leading follow-up meetings for overhauls of critical peripheral equipment (Grizzlies, Crushers, Screens, Feeders, Presses, Mills), up to S-3. * Participating in pre-OMS meetings. * Scheduling and coordinating planning meetings for shutdown cleanings up to S-3 (3-week scheduling). * Consolidating shutdown plans up to S-3 (3-week scheduling). * Updating Maintenance Books up to S-3 (3-week scheduling). * Supporting procurement in emergency requirements. * Ensuring all personnel follow the PCM workflow. * Daily monitoring of DFs (Defect Reports) and equipment shutdowns within the month. * Developing monthly planning (labor, materials, auxiliary equipment). * Analyzing maintenance performance management reports. * Participating in demand-gathering meetings for quarterly and critical peripheral shutdowns. * Leading resource scheduling meetings (definition and decision-making). * Supervising and defining labor and resource allocations for contracted parties. * Disseminating preliminary scope reports for upcoming activities. * Monitoring post-shutdown actions (e.g., monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, and quadrimestral). * Requesting revisions to maintenance plans. * Executing tasks autonomously to make decisions ensuring process continuity and demonstrating leadership across processes. * Sharing knowledge with less experienced technicians to build their capability to execute internal processes. * Complying with Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, Social Responsibility, and Corporate Integrity policies and procedures. **Qualifications \-The profile we seek for this position:** * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering; * Professional registration with CRT or CFT; * Bachelor’s degree in related fields is desirable. **Additional Information \-What does Anglo American offer you?** Working at Anglo American means receiving a competitive benefits package and attractive salary.
