Job Description You will be responsible for ensuring implementation of the occupational health and safety policy; conducting audits, monitoring, and assessments in this area; contributing to the development of preventive actions in occupational health and safety; participating in the adoption of technologies and work processes; investigating and analyzing accidents and recommending prevention and control measures. **Key responsibilities include:** * Developing, implementing, and monitoring: specific operational and safety procedures for electrical activities and industrial areas; * Managing occupational risks in corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance, electrical activities, and continuous operation of industrial equipment; * Conducting **safety inspections**, field audits, and incident/accident investigations; * Providing technical support for developing action plans to address non-conformities, improvement opportunities, and occupational health and safety deviations identified during audits; * Analyzing incident scope and auditing related processes; * Identifying best practices to improve processes (benchmarking); * Mapping potential projects for systematization and automation requirements, prioritizing, developing, executing mapped projects, and monitoring high-complexity ones; * Monitoring execution of electrical activities in substations and transmission lines presenting higher incident risks; * Presenting daily safety indicator meetings for the department; Qualifications **The profile we seek for this position:** * Technical degree in Occupational Safety; * Active CRT or CFT registration; * Driver's license – Category B; * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field (desirable); * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Technical knowledge and practical application of **Regulatory Standards (NRs)**, especially those applicable in industrial settings: NR 35, NR 33, NR 12, NR 10, etc.; * Proven experience **in electrical activities**, with solid knowledge of electrical hazards and preventive measures; * Availability to work rotating 4x4 shifts; Additional Information **Why join our team?** We are a company committed to making our beliefs and values truly happen.
