Opportunity for growth We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work integrally across the departments of **Procurement, Human Resources, and Payroll**. We seek an organized, proactive professional with strong communication skills. **Main Responsibilities:** **Procurement Department:** * Requesting quotations and negotiating with suppliers * Issuing and tracking purchase orders * Controlling material receipts and verifying invoices * Updating spreadsheets and managing administrative inventory **Human Resources Department:** * Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes * Organizing employee documents * Managing timekeeping records and benefits * Providing support in employee assistance **Payroll Department:** * Assisting in payroll reconciliation, overtime calculations, and statutory charges * Submitting information to accounting * Managing vacation records, leaves of absence, and medical certificates **Requirements:** * Prior experience in administrative roles (procurement and/or HR) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility * Valid driver's license (mandatory) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with ERP systems **We Offer:** * CLT employment regime * Organized and professional work environment * Opportunity for growth If this position aligns with your profile, send us your resume and join our team!
