




Job Summary: Responsible for assisting and supporting teams, monitoring their activities and construction resources to ensure compliance with requirements and lead construction, renovation, and finishing services. Preparation of technical documentation and reports Responsible for assisting and supporting teams by monitoring the activities they perform and construction resources, aiming to support the team while ensuring compliance with requested requirements. * Monitor, guide, and train teams; * Manage teams; * Assign, monitor, and evaluate task execution; * Clarify doubts for internal customers; * Manage resources; * Arrange purchase requests and maintenance, when necessary; * Comply with departmental standards and procedures; * Be involved in silviculture-related activities; * Supervise construction sites; * Prepare technical documentation; * Control productive resources at the construction site (physical layout, equipment, materials, supplies, and work teams); * Control site productivity standards, such as quality inspection of materials and supplies used; * Provide guidance on specifications, material flow/movement, safety measures for worksite locations and equipment; * Manage the construction schedule; * Operate vehicles; * Responsible for assigning, guiding, and leading construction, renovation, and finishing services; * Comply with applicable legal norms and procedures—both internal and client-specific—for the role; * Lead construction, maintenance, renovation, and finishing of company facilities, including walls, floors, roofs, concrete bases, or equipment foundations; * Conduct and participate in DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue), * Field inspections and surveys; * Lead construction and maintenance of construction site facilities; * Assign and delegate tasks among workers and monitor task execution, reorienting as needed; * Prepare and submit RDOs (Daily Construction Reports) on project progress for supervisor review; * Inspect tools, PPE, resources, and materials, consistently advising on proper usage, risks, and control measures—e.g., handling, sharpening, isolation, organization, transportation and storage, disposal, preservation, and replacement, etc.; * Assist in training and guiding employees on operational activities under the supervisor’s responsibility; * Demonstrate leadership in the 5S workplace culture, guiding proper collection of materials left in inappropriate locations; * Assist in other tasks of similar nature and complexity level associated with the company’s organizational environment; * Perform and participate in other job-related tasks at the supervisor’s discretion; * Meet customer requirements within the scope of the contract.
