Come and join us. \#sanguelaranja! **About the Role and Job Mission:** You will join our Tech \& Cyber Risks team, part of the Operational Risk and Internal Controls Superintendence, whose main objective is to provide organizational visibility into risks associated with technology environments, actively supporting initiatives aimed at mitigating these risks. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:** * Conducting process and control understanding meetings with evaluated areas; * Mapping and documenting risks and controls; * Managing evidence requests with responsible areas; * Evaluating controls and formalizing working papers; * Providing regular updates to senior staff on work progress and key findings; * Assessing and formalizing analyses related to operational loss events; * Preparing and reviewing risk reports and opinions; * Monitoring action plans related to identified control deficiencies. **What We’re Looking For** **Mandatory Qualifications:** * Experience in Operational Risk and Internal Controls, Internal or External Audit, or consulting focused on technological and cybersecurity risk management; * Knowledge of technology and infrastructure environments (networks, cloud, information security); * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related technology fields; * Strong analytical ability and attention to detail; * Effective written and verbal communication skills; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Analytics tools (IDEA, ACL, etc.); * Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines; * Familiarity with technology and infrastructure environments (concepts of Cloud, networks, information security); * Understanding of control and risk frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 27001, and COSO. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of risk and control frameworks (COBIT, COSO, ISO 27001); * Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, ITIL, or related ISO 27000 family certifications are a plus; * Experience with Big 4 audit/consulting firms is a plus; * Experience evaluating IT control environments for publicly traded companies, especially SOX compliance; * Intermediate English proficiency for reading technical documentation; * Experience with Data Analytics tools. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance and food voucher * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Birthday Day Off * Baby On Board and Nursing Room * Extended parental leave * Childcare/babysitting allowance and/or allowance for children with disabilities * Wellhub and Inter Running Group * CARE4U Space (Belo Horizonte): self-care services at exclusive rates, decompression area, games, and mini-golf course * Benefits within our SuperApp, such as Duo Gourmet * Inter Prime Card * Internal training and development programs. **\#VemproInter!!!** At Inter, the future isn’t a distant place.
