Support demand pipeline management and propose continuous improvements #### **About the Role:** Responsible for developing, evolving, and sustaining corporate solutions related to processes, integrations, and data analysis, with primary focus on the Sydle ONE platform (not exclusively limited to it). Ensures automation, governance, and standardization, while providing support to business areas, guaranteeing that systems and processes operate in an integrated, stable manner aligned with company guidelines. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Engage with business areas to gather requirements and understand processes; * Configure and parameterize solutions within SydleONE using the platform’s native capabilities; * Model workflows, forms, dashboards, and business rules directly in the system; * Ensure functional documentation of deployed solutions; * Conduct testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support users during delivery validation; * Develop specific solutions on the platform when required (scripts, APIs, integrations); * Support demand pipeline (backlog) management, prioritizing deliveries based on impact and value; * Propose continuous improvements to business area processes based on system usage analysis; * Maintain active communication with Sydle’s technical team (external partner) as needed; * Participate in strategic meetings, contributing a systemic perspective and focusing on technical feasibility; #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Software Engineering, Software Architecture, Information Systems, or Project Management. #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Monday to Friday * 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Break: 1 hour and 12 minutes for lunch * Extended to PwD (Persons with Disabilities)
