Opportunity at a fully remote technology startup with global reach At Escalate, we are looking for an **SAP FI/CO Systems Analyst** to serve as a functional specialist responsible for supporting, enhancing, and implementing solutions in SAP’s Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. If you are passionate about technology and wish to work for an innovative and continuously growing company, this role is for you! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support and enhance SAP FI/CO modules. * Gather, analyze, and document requirements in collaboration with business areas. * Configure and customize FI/CO modules according to client needs. * Develop functional specifications for integrations and customizations (RICEFs). * Support unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). * Analyze and resolve medium- and high-complexity incidents and problems. * Ensure proper integration of FI/CO modules with MM, SD, and other SAP modules. * Support continuous improvement initiatives and implementation or rollout projects. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Solid experience with SAP FI and SAP CO modules. * Knowledge of accounting process configuration (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank, Closing). * Experience with controlling processes (CCA, PCA, IO, COPA, Product Costing). * Hands-on experience in implementation projects and/or AMS (Application Management Services). * Experience in requirements gathering and interfacing with business areas. * Knowledge of SAP module integrations. * Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and ability to operate in a consultative capacity. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience with SAP S/4HANA. * Knowledge of integrations with legacy systems and BI tools. * SAP FI and/or CO certification. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). **ABOUT ESCALATE:** We are a fully remote technology startup founded in 2020 by Software Engineers, with a mission to connect top-tier developers and IT specialists with companies seeking high-quality technological solutions.
