Job Summary: The professional will assist in implementing and supervising occupational safety regulations, conduct safety audits, and promote safety culture. Key Highlights: 1. Promoting safety culture and supporting training **Responsibilities:** * Assist in implementing occupational safety regulations and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and Vale's internal policies; * Conduct safety audits through field inspections to identify hazardous conditions and propose preventive measures; * Support the distribution, control, and supervision of the use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Participate in preparing non-conformance reports and follow up on action plans; * Collaborate on safety training and Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS), under SESMT supervision; * Support investigations of accidents, incidents, and near-misses, recording information for analysis; * Monitor work permit (PT) routines and ensure compliance with applicable NRs (Regulatory Standards); * Promote safety culture aligned with internal guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety, registered with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Solid knowledge of conducting compliance audits and action plans; * Knowledge of accident investigation and analysis processes; * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; * Familiarity with regulatory standards. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that value the well\-being and satisfaction of our employees.
