




Job Summary: Professional responsible for receiving visitors, managing human resources and the personnel department, controlling documents, and supporting related processes. Key Highlights: 1. Support in onboarding, recruitment, and selection processes Receive and assist the general public, directing them to the appropriate contacts. Perform human resources management activities, supporting and controlling information, and implementing such information into the operational system. Control documents and internal control forms, as well as support all personnel department and people management processes. **General People Management Activities** Assist employees and ensure resolution of their requests. Maintain all HR-related documents updated and organized. Input information relevant to involved departments, as well as into the operational system. Process internal and external control requests and forms. Manage and recharge transportation vouchers. Control PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) records. Handle the entire onboarding and personnel department process. Conduct processes and forms in accordance with HR department policies. Manage experience records, including completion and delivery to managers and employees. Schedule medical examinations and manage ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates) in general. Support recruitment and selection processes. Support commemorative events, campaigns, and internal marketing initiatives. Keep temporary employee data updated, including files, documents, and experience records. Collect employee data at the factory, update it, and input it into the ERP system. Distribute pay slips and collect signatures on time cards, vacation documents, and other HR-related documents. Manage time cards: data entry, calculation, recording of medical certificates, and necessary adjustments. Input and manage information throughout the month to ensure timely closure of departmental performance indicators (KPIs). Record and monitor payroll events. Record HR suppliers’ invoices (NFs) in the ERP system for budgeting and payment purposes. Input and manage data required for maintaining employee benefits, active programs, as well as coordination with suppliers and platforms. Support the department in handling daily demands from internal and external clients.
