If you identify with our purpose and seek a place to grow and contribute, we welcome you with open arms! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform equipment maintenance, repairing notebooks, desktops, tablets, and smartphones to ensure their functionality within the company's established quality standards. * Install, update, configure, and uninstall software on equipment. * Analyze hardware and software issues and errors to diagnose problems. * Perform final equipment testing as required, following engineering-established procedures, ensuring only products meeting the company's quality standards are released. * Record identified incidents and corresponding corrective actions in the system. * Carry out tasks according to departmental procedures and immediate supervisor guidance. * Direct field activities including rollout, kiosks, and point-of-sale (POS) devices. * Asset Responsibility: The technician is accountable for equipment parts, including conducting inventories, reporting damages, and providing rigorous accountability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Education recognized by MEC or currently pursuing a higher education degree in fields such as Systems Analysis / Information Technology / Networks / Electronics / Mechatronics / Informatics or related areas; * Field experience or on-site support experience; * Knowledge of equipment maintenance, remote support, and user assistance; * Skills in installing and configuring operating systems and various client systems; * Knowledge of installing and configuring network multifunction printers; * Valid and active Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Availability for in-person field work, including weekends and holidays (compensated via banked hours), and frequent travel, potentially covering neighboring states; * Technical knowledge in electronics and hardware is a plus, as the professional will perform equipment replacements during rollouts, field activities, kiosk deployments, and POS device operations. **Additional Information** **Learn about some benefits offered by \#PosiTime:** **\*\* We strive to provide the best benefits to \#PosiTime members, which may vary depending on contract type and work location.** Meal Voucher Pharmacy Discount (Univers) Fleury Telemedicine (optional) MetLife Life Insurance (12x monthly salary) Company Fleet Vehicle for field activities Equipment provided by the client Standard Business Hours In-Person Field Work (with inter-state travel when necessary) *"Almost all global technology giants were born in a garage.
