Job Summary: Responsible for carrying out field activities, cleaning, planting, and maintenance of planted areas, aiming at the recovery of degraded areas and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Perform various manual operations, including excavations and plantings. 2. Maintain and clean tools and the workplace. 3. Assist in tasks of the same nature and apply herbicides. Responsible for carrying out field activities, cleaning of areas, planting, and maintenance of planted areas, aiming at the recovery of degraded areas, maintaining safe pathways in good safety condition, and ensuring constant organization in areas related to service fronts. * Comply with applicable legal regulations and procedures relevant to the role, both internal and those of the client; * Perform manual operations (excavations, painting, installation of signage, weeding, mowing, crownings, fertilization, revegetation by seeding, planting and replanting, sediment control, construction and maintenance of fences, firebreaks, etc.); * Complete the manual tools checklist; * Assist in loading and unloading various materials; * Ensure the custody, maintenance, conservation, and cleaning of tools, instruments, and materials used, as well as the workplace; implement 5S in the workplace without leaving materials exposed in inappropriate locations; * Assist in other tasks of the same nature and complexity level associated with the organizational environment; * Apply herbicides; * Perform activities involving mules and assist in topographic tasks; * Tools that may be used: file, sickle, hoe, shovel, spade, sledgehammer, manhole cover lifter, hammer, pliers, and other manual tools according to the activity to be performed.
