Opportunity to address various condominium requirements **JOB OPENING: GENERAL SERVICES ASSISTANT (GSA) – TEMPORARY** **Work Location:** Gutierrez Neighborhood – Belo Horizonte/MG **Hiring Company:** Perfil **Assignment Site:** Frossard Condominium **Contract Type:** Temporary (30/270 days) **Salary:** R$ 1\.772,80 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance of R$ 29.00 per working day **Working Hours:** * Rotating shift schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off * Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 * Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 **Responsibilities:** * General building cleaning * Waste removal * Cleaning of entrance and garage areas * Staircase cleaning * Sidewalk sweeping * Watering plants * Addressing condominium requirements The employee will initially work at Frossard Condominium and may subsequently handle other assignments as required by the hiring company. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role is preferred * Proactivity and organizational skills * Commitment to assigned tasks Payment: R$1\.772,80 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
