Job Summary: Providing user support for IT systems, primarily Totvs RM, including testing, configuration, report creation, and training. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for IT system users and systems (Totvs RM) 2. Module configuration and report creation in Totvs RM 3. User training and guidance to optimize ERP usage **Responsibilities:** Provide user support across various departments served by IT systems, primarily the Totvs RM ERP. Test new routines and updates. Create reports and appropriately configure necessary ERP Totvs RM modules and tools to ensure proper updates and operational functionality. Monitor, train, and guide users and departmental representatives served by Totvs RM to achieve optimal utilization of the tools. **Requirements:** Experience with SQL databases, knowledge of the Totvs RM ERP and report generation within the system, and strong user-facing technical support skills. Teamwork, effective communication, and a problem-solving focus complete the profile.
