Job Description \-As a Senior Operational Control Analyst, you will be responsible for interfacing with the planning team to study areas to be blasted; develop and/or validate virtual drilling and blasting plans; assess blast quality to optimize subsequent firing plans; optimize explosive usage based on hardness profile reports generated by the drill rig system; monitor and control KPIs for autonomous drilling performance. **Main responsibilities include:** * Develop and review drilling plans for autonomous operations. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (automation, maintenance, geotechnics, operations). * Propose solutions to optimize autonomous fleet efficiency, and support expansion or technological upgrade projects. * Identify process bottlenecks, detect deviations, and seek improvements according to parameters and targets defined by management. * Analyze operational reports and drill rig performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities, focusing on optimizing operational and administrative processes. * Interface with other company departments, participate in meetings to present topics impacting processes and suggest improvements. * Conduct market studies and research to identify new technologies and suppliers, and collaborate with other areas to improve processes. * Monitor technical activities, analyze processes, compare them against company standards, and propose changes to optimize results and quality, time, cost, and HSEC indicators. * Participate in developing procedures to improve operational and administrative processes, seeking the best cost/benefit ratio for the company. * Support RCM (Risk Management), participate in subcommittees and audits, develop action plans, and control evidence in accordance with Anglo American's HSEC standards. **Qualifications \-The ideal candidate for this role has:** * Completed bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Mining Engineering is desirable. * Valid driver's license (Category B) and NR22 certification. **Additional Information \-Why join our team?** We are a company committed to making our beliefs and values real.
