Job Summary: A professional responsible for preparing baked and fried savory snacks, cookies, raindrop fritters (bolinho de chuva), broths, canjica, rice pudding, tropeiro (a traditional Brazilian dish), bacalhoada, meats, and other items, with responsibility for seasonings, doughs, and fillings. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare and shape various types of savory snacks, baked items, and fried items 2. Prepare broths, canjica, rice pudding, bacalhoada, and other dishes 3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment ✔ **Prepare baked and fried savory snacks, sweet and savory fried cookies, and raindrop fritters;** ✔ **Prepare broths, canjica, rice pudding, tropeiro, bacalhoada, meats, and other items;** ✔ **Prepare all ingredients;** ✔ **Prepare seasonings;** ✔ **Prepare doughs and fillings according to recipes and standards;** ✔ **Shape savory snacks destined for baking or frying;** ✔ **Bread fried savory snacks in egg and breadcrumbs;** ✔ **Bake and fry produced items according to the Production Manager’s instructions, coordinated with Store Managers;** ✔ **Reheat broths for store replenishment;** ✔ **Clean worktables, stoves, and utensils;** ✔ **Respond to Store Managers’ requests;** ✔ **Maintain a clean and organized work environment; **About this position, the details are as follows:** **✔ Working hours: 1:00 PM to 9:20 PM;** **✔ Work schedule: One fixed day off per week + one weekend off per month;** **✔ To be determined** **✔ Transportation allowance or Fuel/Mobility allowance (can be registered via Uber or 99pop apps — no 6% deduction);** **✔ Product bonus at the store;** **✔ On-site snack.** **We are located at Av. dos Engenheiros, 1550 – Castelo neighborhood, Belo Horizonte.** **Would you like to attend an interview at our headquarters?** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) permanent contract Compensation: R$2.400,00 – R$2.700,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Fuel allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * What is your address?
