Job Summary: Residencial Sênior is seeking a committed, empathetic, and dedicated Elderly Caregiver to provide direct care, stimulate autonomy, and maintain a safe environment. Key Highlights: 1. Provide direct care in hygiene, feeding, mobility, and leisure. 2. Stimulate residents’ autonomy, self-esteem, and social interaction. 3. Maintain an organized and safe environment according to protocols. Residencial Sênior is looking for an Elderly Caregiver to join our caregiving team. We seek a professional who is committed, empathetic, and dedicated, and who values respect, attention, and compassionate care for elderly individuals. Schedule: 12-hour shifts (07:00–19:00), 36 hours per week — with 2 days off per month Responsibilities: * Provide direct care to residents in hygiene, feeding, mobility, and leisure activities; * Observe and report any physical or emotional changes in the elderly; * Support medication routines and health monitoring; * Stimulate residents’ autonomy, self-esteem, and social interaction; * Maintain an organized and safe environment according to safety protocols. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Elderly Caregiver training course with minimum duration of 80 classroom hours; * Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience; * Good physical condition and willingness to work collaboratively. Preferred Qualifications: * First Aid certification. Minimum Education Level: Extracurricular / Vocational Training
