




Ideal Profile: Education: Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields is a plus. Experience: Previous experience in financial routines (issuing invoices, cash handling, accounts receivable). Experience in basic HR routines will be a plus. Excel Proficiency: Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets, charts, and reports (essential). Behavioral Skills: * Organization and Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy. * Proactivity and Discretion: Initiative to solve problems and the appropriate seriousness required by our field of operation. * Communication: Strong interpersonal communication skills to interact with clients (e.g., collections) and colleagues.
