Plan daily production based on sales and forecasts. Supervise bakers, pastry chefs, and assistants. Monitor waste and production costs. Ensure quality standards and technical specifications. Organize staff schedules and working hours. Manage raw material inventory and purchase requests. Track productivity indicators. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and good manufacturing practices. Develop and train the team. Position located in Recife / PE. Previous experience as Bakery Supervisor, Bakery Coordinator, Food and Beverage Manager, or Restaurant Manager may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position.
