Job Summary: Assist in warehouse operational activities, including receiving, moving, organizing, storing, picking, and loading/unloading goods. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork focused on organization, responsibility, and agility. **Job Objective** Assist in warehouse operational activities, performing **receiving, moving, organizing, storing, picking, and loading/unloading of goods**, contributing to proper store replenishment and maintaining warehouse organization and inventory control. **Main Responsibilities and Activities** * Perform **loading and unloading of goods** from suppliers, distribution centers, or inter-unit transfers. * Assist in **manual movement of products** within the warehouse, observing appropriate handling techniques. * Support **basic volume and goods verification** for received or dispatched items. * Organize and **store goods in designated warehouse areas**, as directed by supervision. * Assist in **picking products** intended for store replenishment or dispatch. * Collaborate on **warehouse organization and cleaning**, maintaining a suitable working environment. * Support **identification and organization of products by category, batch, or expiry date**, where applicable. * Use simple handling equipment such as **hand trucks, manual pallet jacks, or similar**, when authorized. * Comply with **occupational safety regulations**, using personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by the company. * Report to the supervisor any **damage, irregularity, or discrepancy** identified in goods. **Desired Competencies** * Organization * Responsibility * Agility * Teamwork * Attention to safety instructions * Commitment to operational tasks **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing elementary education. * Availability for operational tasks involving **manual handling of goods**. **Working Conditions** * Activities performed predominantly in a **warehouse or goods receiving area**. * Requires **moderate physical effort**, including manual handling of loads within limits prescribed by occupational safety regulations. * Mandatory use of **personal protective equipment (PPE)** where applicable.
