




The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting with administrative activities in a company, performing tasks such as customer service, file organization, document typing, inventory control, among others. This professional works under supervision, contributing to the efficiency and organization of the administrative department. * Provide telephone and in-person customer service, directing requests to the appropriate departments. * Organize and archive documents, maintaining order and facilitating access to information. * Assist in typing documents, spreadsheets, and reports, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tasks. * Monitor office supply inventory and place replenishment orders when necessary. * Support the organization of internal events such as meetings and training sessions by arranging logistics and materials. * Perform support tasks for departments, including invoice verification and expense tracking. * Attend internal meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills. * Collaborate in maintaining workplace order and cleanliness, following safety regulations. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes by suggesting ideas and solutions for optimization. * Carry out other related duties as required and directed by supervision.
