The **Apprentice - Administrative Assistant** will operate specific systems within their area of activity, using available software to contribute to streamlining work routines. If this role aligns with your professional purpose, join **CAMED MICROCRÉDITO!** **Responsibilities and duties** Assist in various administrative activities within the assigned area; Support the organization of physical and electronic document archives; Assist with spreadsheets and data entry into department systems; Receive service requests, respond to them or forward them if not within their responsibility; Be proactive and contribute to the smooth operation of their assigned area; Ensure proper storage and preservation of document archives; Support internal and external customer service; And other duties related to the position. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory requirements:** Age between 18 and 23 years; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Availability to work morning or afternoon shifts; High school (currently enrolled or completed) or undergraduate studies in progress; Commitment to fulfilling the work schedule (4 hours/day) at the workplace and attending classes; Attend qualification courses guided by the partner institution, IEL (twice a week). **Desirable:** Interest in administrative routines. **Note:** After hiring, the apprentice will participate in a formal apprenticeship program.
