Job Summary: The Welder will be responsible for performing welding operations on components, metallic structures, and equipment, ensuring integrity and quality while adhering to technical standards and internal procedures. Focus on safety, attention to detail, and teamwork The **Welder** will perform welding operations on components, metallic structures, and equipment, ensuring process integrity, quality, and safety. Responsibilities include material preparation, weld execution, and inspections, all conducted in compliance with technical standards and internal procedures. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform welding on components and metallic structures according to technical specifications. * Prepare surfaces and materials for welding. * Conduct visual inspections of welded parts to ensure process quality. * Read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications. * Operate welding equipment and tools (e.g., MIG, TIG, shielded metal arc welding, etc.). * Carry out repairs, adjustments, and rework as required. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Record performed activities in maintenance/production systems. **Job Requirements** **Education:** * Completed high school with a professional or technical course in Welding, Industrial Mechanics, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum of **1 to 2 years** in industrial, metallurgical, or maintenance welding. **Technical Knowledge:** * Welding processes: MIG/MAG, TIG, and shielded metal arc welding (SMAW). * Ability to read and interpret welding drawings and symbols. * Joint preparation and inspection. * Basic knowledge of metallurgy and material properties. * Familiarity with metrology and measuring instruments. **Certifications:** * Welding qualification courses (mandatory). * **NR18** and **NR12** (desirable depending on work environment). **Preferred Qualifications:** * ASME or SENAI welding certification. * Experience in heavy-structure or railway welding. * NR35 (Work at Heights). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Attention to detail, discipline, teamwork, safety orientation, and accountability. **Benefits** * Market-competitive salary * Meal allowance (**R$ 1.090,00**) * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Life insurance * Corporate university * Private pension plan * Wellhub * Childcare allowance * Partner discounts and commercial agreements * Profit-sharing program Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.799,98 \- R$3.424,03 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare allowance * Education allowance * Partner discounts and commercial agreements * Profit-sharing program * Private pension plan * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
