Come transform with us. **Submit your resume.** **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan and manage the annual budget of the area; * Develop guidelines, policies, and procedures for Environmental and Social Management Systems (ESMS) and Quality, Health, and Safety at Work Management Systems (QHSE); * Implement, maintain, and improve Environmental and Social Management Systems (ESMS) and Quality, Health, and Safety at Work Management Systems (QHSE); * Ensure the acquisition and maintenance of certifications related to operational areas; * Manage sustainability indicators and prepare periodic reports on environmental and social performance, covering topics such as environmental management, solid waste, energy efficiency, emissions, risks, compliance, emergencies, and stakeholder engagement; * Coordinate licensing processes, authorizations, and other applicable regulatory requirements; * Monitor compliance with licenses, permits, and commitment agreements signed with competent authorities; * Act as responsible representative for management systems during internal and external audits; * Supervise contracted companies providing technical services or consultancy in environmental, social, water resources, health, and occupational safety fields; * Participate in meetings with public agencies, sector organizations, committees, and councils to strengthen sustainability practices and institutional relationships; * Manage training and development programs focused on environmental, social, and safety topics, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate requirements; * Perform other related activities as directed by leadership and organizational needs. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate studies and/or certifications in environmental management, sustainability, or project management (desirable); * Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles related to environmental and social management; * Experience in licensing processes, water resource management, and environmental and social management systems; * Knowledge of environmental and water legislation; * Experience with implementation and maintenance of management systems and certifications; * Availability for travel. **Additional information** * Market\-competitive salary; * Meal voucher and food allowance; * Health insurance; * Life insurance; * Additional wellness and quality of life benefits.
