Job Summary: Facilitate in-person trainings, mediate educational sports content, and provide pedagogical support to participants in local projects. Key Highlights: 1. If you believe you may benefit from our affirmative action policy, please indicate so in your application.** **Main Responsibilities** * Facilitate in-person training processes with project participants, ensuring alignment with established pedagogical guidelines. * Mediate content related to educational sports and proposed pedagogical practices. * Conduct practical workshops, formative activities, and participatory sessions. * Provide pedagogical support to participants in developing action plans and local projects. * Participate in pedagogical alignment meetings with the technical team. * Record and systematize information regarding conducted trainings. * Ensure technical and methodological quality of delivered trainings. **Desired Experience** * Experience in in-person formative processes, especially with educators. * Experience with participatory methodologies and holistic education. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Physical Education, Pedagogy, or related fields. * Availability for travel and commuting between municipalities within the state of operation. * Knowledge of and experience in territorial work. **Technical Knowledge** * Educational sports and pedagogical practices. * Participatory teaching\-learning methodologies. * Workshop facilitation and group facilitation. * Preparation of training records and reports. * Basic Microsoft Office tools. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in social or educational projects. * Experience with continuous professional development programs.
